    How do you get in touch with a live person to cancel appointments? Website does not allow you to cancel appointment and there is no way to get in touch with a live person. Please advise...this is really frustrating.

    Had a child misdiagnosed by NP Jamie Wotell. Went to two visits and condition worsened until I found a new provider. Condition resolved quickly with accurate diagnosis. I'd hope after visit 2 to get some physician oversight, and since this has been the second time this has happened to someone in my family due to an NP or PA, I'm bothering to follow up and leave a review in the hope this is addressed.
