  Fast and efficient! Usually you wait months for a dermatology appointment. I was able to make one for the next day and the nurse practitioner listened to my concerns and had a treatment plan ready to go.

  I don’t recommend here, and probably not Anne Arundel Dermatology in general. This particular location is a mill and you are the cattle. You walk in and there’s 50 patients waiting. You’re lucky if you get to see the doctor for 15 mins. The dermatologist clearly wants to spend as little time as possible with you before moving onto the next patient. This place also constantly sends my prescription to the wrong location despite my repeated attempts to amend them. It’s a no for me.

  A 30 minute wait for about a five minute visit . The dermatologist doesn’t know that the scalp has a PH balance or what level it should be at to be considered “normal” they giggled . Seems very unprofessional and the lady is very unknowledgeable. Not sure what backroom she got licensed in . Smh

  Front desk lady who answers the phones NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE 101 class. Her tone of voice is condescending & it’s happened not once but two different days. Her Attitude screams I hate my job and people! Her voice tone made me feel like she doesn’t want to help especially if your asking to much like update your insurance info.
