- MCMaryalice ChristopherMar 27, 20261.0I have received calls, messages, emails, and physical mail regarding a bill I have already paid. Your office literally sent a receipt to me as soon as I paid. There’s no reason I should be getting this many notifications to pay something with the added caveat of “if you already paid this you can ignore it.” I still have the option to get on a portal and pay a bill I have already paid in person. Is this your way of defrauding elderly or otherwise unknowing patients? Someone needs to fix this issue. Please leave me alone.

It was simply AH-MA-ZING!!! This was my daughter’s and I first time there, if I ever need to see a dermatologist, I’m coming here. Keep up the FANTASTIC work. Your customer service skills are outstanding.

The front desk ladies are kind and do a wonderful job making sure everything is taken care of before you leave. I’ve never had more than a few minutes of wait time for my appointments and the entire process is smooth from start to finish. The nurses and medical staff are just as amazing as the front desk team and I cannot give enough compliments to do them justice. They handle everything before the doctor even arrives, which never takes more than a couple minutes, and are clearly the backbone that makes the process run so smoothly, they even have things ready before the physicians even need to ask. Gabriella Reed is one of the only providers that has left me feeling entirely positive about my experience in any medical office, I recommend her to anyone with any worries about their skin. She clearly knows what she’s talking about and addresses any worries about medications, treatments, or diagnoses with straightforward and easy to understand answers without judgement. I thank everyone in this office for such superb care and I look forward to my next appointment.
