- LSLisa SmithJan 22, 20251.0The practice was a decent place to go to until it just...wasn't. The staff was friendly, so was the dentist. But then she broke my expensive crown/implant because she felt the need to "play" around with it unnecessarily and subsequently stripped the screw and damaged the crown. This cost me additional surgery/pain and suffering for another implant surgery with a bone graft to support a new post. I had to go the same day to an oral surgeon to remove part of the mess she made in my mouth. After that, they scheduled a bone graft and I had to wait to install the posts. After the posts, I could finally have my crown replaced. There is healing time from 3-6 months between stages. However, Covid interupted the process in the beginning stages and delayed me significantly. I went a very long time without a molar and being able to chew properly. I then was "nickled and dimed" for finance charges for finally installing the new crown and they billed my dental insurance for the new replacement, something they should have paid for in full since their office destroyed the first one. I suffered through unnecessary pain and incurred significant expense and multiple oral surgeries to replace the implant due to her negligence. No offer for compensation was ever made nor did they pay a dime toward my oral surgeries resulting from her error, but she did verbally apologize.

I have not been disappointed. Not only is she gentle and respectful, so is the entire staff. This is my fourth year in her care and I could not be more pleased.
