I would like to sincerely thank First Call for their outstanding service and unwavering dedication. My granddaughter was seen in the Laurel Location on Friday, March 20, 2026. From the moment my daughter arrived, their team demonstrated exceptional patience, compassion, and professionalism when it came to my granddaughter’s health and care. They took the time to truly listen, ensuring that every concern was acknowledged and addressed with genuine understanding and attentiveness.
What stood out the most was their caring spirit and the way they treated my granddaughter with such gentleness and kindness. They didn’t make us feel rushed or dismissed—instead, they created an environment where we felt seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. Their thoroughness and willingness to go the extra mile provided a level of comfort and reassurance that every family hopes for during moments of concern.
First Call’s commitment to quality care and their heartfelt approach made a lasting impression on our family. It is rare to encounter a team that not only excels in service but also leads with compassion and empathy. Because of this experience, I am truly grateful and would highly recommend First Call to anyone seeking attentive, respectful, and high-quality care for their loved ones.
Suggestion: Please open up Primary Care for infants. That would be AWESOME!

been here for a boot, tick bites, and stitches. They are friendly and efficient and all the staff I’ve interacted with are knowledgeable and helpful. They have been patient with my questions and thorough in their responses.
Doctor Clark evaluated my wife. He was very thorough, informative, and knowledgeable. Given the responses to his questions and examination, he recommended Primary Care follow up. The ladies who drew her blood were also persistent and friendly. This was a very good experience. We highly recommend this team.

My wife arrived there at 430 this afternoon and just got home. 4 hours to get "urgent care." The Howard County General Hospital would have been faster. She could hear the woman in the room next to her complain and no explanation offered to her or my wife.
2 out of 4 of our kids missed their practices tonight. I had to beg her to stay because this is her third day of pain and Moms never take care of themselves. This is the second time that FirstCall has done this. How hard is it to say, "we don't have a practitioner here" or whatever explanation it needs to be. If there isn't an X-Ray tech (this has also happened before), then just say that. There are 10 other urgent care places in this area.
4 hours. That is shameless. I was about to call the HoCo police and ask them for a welfare check for your staff and a mission person's report for my wife. The urgent care place in Burtonsville takes about as much time to get to. Hopefully they don't pull this crap.
