I cancelled my session because after a visit to the ER I was informed I could not take the class . The girl at the front desk reassured me that I would get a credit which I did . However failed to let me know it expires in a month . I booked my class for 10/27 and apparently it expired 30 days after . I called today 12/8 and nothing but sorry it’s our policy . I was looking forward to purchasing a membership and starting a new chapter in life with a positive outlook . Pissed to have wasted $35 on a class that I never was able to enjoy !! Did not appreciate the dismissive attitude on the phone.
