She brings such a great energy—funny, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable. Alisa knows how to keep the class enjoyable while still challenging you in all the right ways. She pushes you to do your best but also encourages you every step of the way, which makes a huge difference. I always leave her class feeling stronger, more energized, and just overall better. I highly, highly recommend taking her class—you won’t be disappointed!
