- IAidec alMar 21, 20261.0The staff were clearly doing their best to help everyone, but service was slow due to a malfunctioning checkout machine. At 4:30 pm, with only one staff member on duty and several customers waiting for prescriptions, the wait was frustrating. Giant could improve staffing during busy times. Also, the team handling online calls would benefit from better training.

My Insurance company has tried to get me to go mail order but i can't . I love the way they take care of our Pharmacy needs .Special recognition of outstanding Customer Service from both Rob Melendez and Laura Adenikinju. The Lanham Giant Pharmacy is the best. They always exceed my expectations. My Wife feels the same way .
