- KDKristina DavisOct 4, 20245.0I just want to say that Lisa is soooooooo AMAZING!!!!!! I called to schedule an appointment for my husband and kept being told that we had to go through our PCP to get a referral. Understood. So even after letting them know that we couldn’t see our PCP until January, we were told we can pay out of pocket. I told them to set the appointment and please call if there’s a cancellation. Lisa called and said there was an earlier appointment. Wonderful. We explained to her about the PCP situation. She said there’s one and the same building. AWESOME!! Lisa set my husband’s appointment for the PCP and the urologist and let us know that all we had to do was call our insurance company and switch PCPs. Lisa is a treasure to have on staff. Do not get rid of her. She’s absolutely amazing. Thank you for all of your help Lisa.
