Dr. Ali and the rest of the team were very kind and she took all my requests and listened to my concerns. I am very grateful because unfortunately a lot of doctors try to undermine your concerns and sweep things under the rug. she is very friendly and attentive to what I needed

Kate O. provided exceptional customer service to me today and earlier this week in addressing my medical concerns. She was courteous, professionalism and compassionate in ensuring she met all my needs. She is a credit to the office and it was a pleasure speaking with her. Keep up the good work!

Completely incompetent. Dr. Ali missed critical issues that progressed over the course of 6 months. Pushing medications that were noted to not help, left me feeling unheard. Ended up having an infection and emergency gallbladder surgery to fix an issue that could’ve been handled much sooner. Office never followed up after my hospital stay, despite being notified and apart of the same healthcare system. Doctors miss things, but a blanket diagnosis without further investigation is negligence. Wont risk my life going to her again.

I had been experiencing terrible pain in my right side (possibly gallbladder-related) for several weeks and struggled to get an appointment with a GI specialist. After persistent calling, I was finally able to get in with Dr. Ali—what I initially thought was good luck.
At my appointment over two weeks ago, she ordered a scan and assured me she would call as soon as the results came in. The scan came back on a Friday, and while I was anxious, I didn’t expect to hear from her over the weekend. By Tuesday, I called and left a message—no response. I called again on Wednesday, and only then did she finally return my call.
She told me the scan showed nothing, though the radiologist noted my gallbladder was overactive—confusing, to say the least. Instead of helping me understand the issue, she simply wanted to refer me to a surgeon to discuss gallbladder removal, despite not being sure that was the actual problem. When I questioned why I should see a surgeon without a definitive diagnosis, her response didn’t instill confidence. She told me to continue the medication she had prescribed and said, **"I'll have my staff call you to schedule a follow-up. We will figure this out together."**
That follow-up call never came.
The key takeaway for me was that she did not follow through on what she said she would do, nor did she seem genuinely interested in getting to the root of my issue. In medicine, trust and reliability are critical. If you have a straightforward case that doesn’t require much investigation, she may be fine. But if you need a doctor who is proactive, thorough, and committed to finding answers—you may want to look elsewhere.

Ms. Hagens,
I want to let you know I had the same problem with the office workers in Dr Ali office.. the doctor was wonderful! But I couldn’t tolerate the disrespect and rudeness of all three ladies in the office. I scheduled a colonoscopy.. after thinking about those ladies in the office I decided to cancel the procedure I didn’t want to ever go back in that office with those ladies.
