- JTJulie ThomasDec 6, 20241.0I posted the message below yesterday and today, my husband received a phone call from Ms. Pamela Futrell telling him that he needed to remove the comment. This is absolutely unacceptable! My husband was in the La Plata office for a hearing test today and what he witnessed, was absolutely awful! Pamela Futrell had the nastiest attitude and was in a verbal altercation with her secretary in front of us. Both members were slamming documents and they were arguing loudly in the lobby in front of myself and other clients. I will never, ever come into the office for any of my needs nor would I ever recommend to anyone looking for hearing issues.

I had an absolutely horrible experience at the Fredericksburg, Va location so I called the La Plata location to bring my hearing aid in because there was a lot of static ( Fredericksburg locations solution was to send it back out for repairs…again). Pamela took the time to see if she could figure it out and she did! She replaced the receiver and it worked perfectly! This is my new go to location. It’s a little further drive for me but it’s well worth it! Great customer service!
