  My sister-in-law has gone here for about 6 months. It’s a gamble on if you get a competent employee. Yesterday she was sent to hospital after treatment and they didn’t notify next of kin. On another occasion, one person didn’t review chart and took too much off during dialysis causing colleagues to have to stabilize the patient and then the employee at fault blamed my S-I-L! The financial manager let insurance lapse for nearly 3 months - didn't know until referred to another specialist for separate work and they wouldn’t treat because she had no insurance. (So I guess dialysis was okay not getting paid.) They have no winter weather plan - just “we’ll be open if you can get here.” So we are supposed to just venture out, hope they are open and enough employees made it in to conduct treatment!? This place needs serious oversight. Lodging a formal complaint when they open on Monday.
