  I relocated back to havre de grace and Dr. Ali was recommended by a friend. My first visit was positive. The entire staff was friendly and professional. Dr. Ali explained everything clearly and was very professional.

  So far so good. It's been years since I was seen at a dentist. They did everything they could to make my visit pleasant. Best part is this place is right off the water and the rooms are set up to the scenic view!! Very nice & friendly staff. I have a clear plan of action set up to get the work done on my teeth and up front pricing so no surprises later. I can't wait for my next couple if visit to get my issues resolved. My only concern is the lack of handicap accessibility. There's one handicap parking spot. But there's a parking bumper in the way, I didn't see a way for wheelchair or walker access. I normally use a walker, but when I noticed the parking bumper I opted not to use it (fortunately I was steady enough today)...there just wasn't room to get thru with one. Then at the door there's one step and the door is a little heavy. I would have really struggled if I had to use my walker. Update - I'm all done with my appointments and everything went great. I'll definitely continue coming here & recommend this place to others.
