  The Dermatologist I met with, Kelly Allen, was helpful and nice. I do feel their customer service skills could use MUCH improvement. The front desk is not personable and I was a little surprised the lady who initially walked me back to the room didn’t walk me back to the front desk after I was finished with my appt. There was an older gentlemen having an issue at the front and the ladies at the desk seemed irritated. Just seemed unprofessional to me.

  The two ladies at the front desk are extremely rude and miserable. The whole check in process with them kills the vibe, they talked about my husband while he walked away. I went to make an appt for my other family member and at the end the one lady was like ok, I had to say okay as in he's all set? She looked at my like I was stupid, didn't give me a card for the date and time, did not confirm he would be on a cancellation list. I turned around and canceled his appt. They need more customer service training, or simply find a new job, because I'm sure I'm not alone people will go elsewhere because of them.

  Awful experience.. I shared my concerns and they just stare at me and give me samples with not answer questions.. I felt dismissed and disrespected by the service they had. Patient go there and pay a Co pay for to samples and no clarity on the skin conditions changes.. they was rushing me out.. telling me that they was behind and I had an appointment,I didn't understand it. I never thought I had to share such negative review,but it's necessary,to bring awareness. Some company are just about the money not the clients

  I think that this office staff is very friendly and helpful. Thanks for caring about my health. My Wife was worried about me and the Dermatologist checked out my back and brought us piece of mind.
