They took bite wing x-rays of just that tooth looked at it and told me "your tongue just found a new spot in your mouth". I'm in my 30's and I've had my teeth my whole life and I'm just finding out a new spot....seems odd. We'll fast forward to my 6 month cleaning which they called and moved twice because of "staffing issues" so it's August 2024. They do the bite wings again full set this time and I ask them to look at the tooth I had a concern about in January as it still felt odd. Again same answer from the dentist. Jump to November 2024, I was starting to experience discomfort with the tooth and sensitivity. I contacted a new dentist and they strait told me it was not that way my whole life and they took care of what needed to be done with it. It's June 2025 and I just received a new bill for almost $100 from the August 2024 bite wings at this sorry excuse for a dentist office. The lady on the phone made me feel like just another number when I called asking for an explanation of why I'm just receiving a bill 10 months later for something my insurance always covers. She didn't care to explain it or even talk about it. Avoid these offices of smile partners havre de grace and the bel air locations.
