Easy to book, was seen quickly, and the admin is transparent. I prefer Horizon over other dentists in the area because they don’t recommend services you don’t need and have great customer service.

Honestly I am just upset about the fact that they don’t accept anymore my insurance, but also it is not professional getting a call the day before to your appointment to let you know about they can’t serve you because your insurance has not coverage and try to make an appointment with the other location but of course get an appointment will take more than 2 or 3 weeks…. And the fac that I asker for leave in advance on my job to take this appointment and just like nothing one day before they cancel to me!
They have the most polite and professional staff, and they do a wonderful job in all services that they provide.

Oh my gosh! AVOID AT ALL COSTs!!! They gave me terrible service when I went in December and told me I had 2 cavities and needed 2 fillings and made me pay/book right on the spot.
After I left bc my experience was so bad I called and cancelled the appt and made another appt with another dental office. I JUST left the dentist office and they walked me through all of my x-rays and said ma’am you have absolutely no cavities. In short HORIZON wanted to SCAMMMM ME and my insurance for $!!!! I’m shocked! They were going to drill into my perfectly healthy teeth for extra money!! SCAMM!!!!!!!!!!!! I’m def reporting this to

Let me first start by saying that clinically, Priya the hygienist and Dr Bhangra were good and provided adequate care and we were happy to have found a dental home closer to where we live.
However, the front desk and insurance team have made the experience of being a patient of Horizon a total nightmare. There are other recent reviews mentioning rudeness of the same staff, and unfortunately that aligned with my experience also.
As a patient, I’ve had to do their job on more than one occasion when it comes to insurance or the treatment plans I’ve gotten. There’s no accountability, no real person in charge except for Jackie, who like another reviewer stated, can be oblivious sometimes. Passing the buck/blame is what they do. I’ve had a few red flags but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. They definitely need to be retrained in the insurance aspect and in customer service. Seemingly, there is a pattern of disrespect to patients that needs to be addressed also.
We’ll make the drive elsewhere. Unless you’re willing to go back and forth dealing with rudeness, wrong insurance estimates, coverages etc, save yourself the headache! Find another dental office.
