Club Pilates Arundel Mills is a boutique Pilates studio specializing in reformer fusion classes for anyone, at any age or fitness level. Pure to Joseph Pilates’ original Reformer-based Contrology Method, but modernized with group practice and expanded state-of-the-art equipment, Club Pilates offers high-quality, life-changing training at a surprisingly affordable price.
Pilates was a new form of exercise for me when I signed up. I spoke at length with Gloria before the studio opened and I decided join. I was excited to start my classes when the studio opened in November, 2025. I signed up for 2/wk, total 8 per month and after 3 months I'm wanting to go Monday through Friday everyday! I thoroughly enjoy the instructors. They all ask if there are any health issues, and help modify moves if needed. My physical therapist has noticed the improvement in my balance in just 3 weeks. The morning classes get me going for the day. If you've been considering pilates, this is a nice, clean studio, with helpful, upbeat and positive staff.

The staff is so nice and welcoming and the studio is super clean and if you book your classes ahead of time it’s really easy to get into the classes you want.

I like the concept and the exercises, but I have an issue with the staff and overall culture. They seem to be primarily focused on profits. Instructors rarely correct your form, which is super important in making sure you don’t get injured. Exercises are not challenging enough and there are very few advanced classes. Main issue is there are long waitlists to sign up for most classes. Unless you don’t have a job and have all the time in the world, it’s hard to work around your schedule. I ended up losing 5 out of 8 credits one month because I was traveling quite a bit and at the end of the month, around the holidays, I couldn’t get into any classes because of waitlists. When I talked to assistant manager about it, I got no resolution, they didn’t seem to care - didn’t even let me roll over one class. It’s way too expensive for how they treat you.

Great studio with excellent customer service! Amanda was incredibly helpful walking me through class options, I have a few health conditions which makes movement and workout classes a little challenging. Amanda reassured me and pointed me in the direction of classes which would work best for me. She really took the time to hear me and made sure I felt seen! I appreciate you!

When I was heading to my intro class I unfortunately got caught up in the heavy weekend Mall traffic and the Google maps address took me to the Arundel Mall instead of the correct club pilates location.
Eventually I finally received a call back and I explained that I am right next to the studio, I'm just caught up in heavy traffic now but I'll be there shortly. An employee named Amanda tells me that if I'm even a minute late she'll have to reschedule me because they have no flexibility. There was no compassion, understanding, or empathy for me. I asked if there was any flexibility seeing as I was interested in starting a membership. She explained there's nothing she could do and she hung up.
I drove 30 minutes to try this specific location to be met with this response. I recommend trying another location who offers understanding when the online address isn't correct for the location and that they're located in a heavy traffic area.
