  Not a very cool gym! UNFRIENDLY & very unhelpful staff! Even the Managers & Assistant Managers there are rude! What a waste of time! Unless u are taking classes there, I do NOT recommend this gym to anyone unless u wanna join the mean and ruthless club! They are also OVERPRICED! Also, if u signed up and you're not satisfied and feel that this gym is not for u....u do NOT get ur refund back, PLUS u would have to pay 3 MORE months in advance to just cancel your Membership! A very cruel gym! There are SO many other awesome & VERY welcoming gyms to go to around town! Much cheaper and so much more friendly too!!!

  The most priceless and amazing event occurred while my wife and I was visiting One Life Fitness recently. An on duty life guard saved the life of a young child. The life guard named Nirmi, (sorry if misspelled) immediately noticed a child in distress while swimming and promptly dove in and rescued the child from drowning. Kind of gives a new and enhanced meaning to the business name One Life. Congratulations Nirmi!!!

  Favorite gym I've had a membership to. Their personal training classes are definitely worth it too. I've been training with Mark for a couple years now and feel the most in shape I've been since high school. He's encouraging and motivating and an overall great guy! Most definitely recommend!

  Onelife Fitness in Hagerstown has a clean facility, excellent and inviting staff, and great workout equipment. Shout out to Damon who has been friendly and helpful, even after signing us up. We also enjoyed our Smart Start session with Mark.

  I had to cancel my gym membership because I had unforeseen financial difficulties. They wouldn't let me cancel without buying out my membership which the person who signed me up never mentioned this to me. I put a freeze on my membership on February 5th, and my membership didn't get charged on the 2nd because I had my car break down and had to buy a new vehicle. They recharged by bank account for the month of Feb. and the month of March on March 3rd even though I had it frozen and then tried to tell me the nearly $200 charge on my bank account wasn't me getting charged for March but that it was for Feb and the over double my normal membership fee for my wife and I was a bank fee from my February fee not going through. I had to call 3 times and wait on hold just for them to tell me there was nothing they could do about it which made me feel it was more of a scam and not a gym membership. Be careful when you sign up for their membership. They will not let you cancel your membership without paying exorbitant fees no matter what financial situation might happen in your life. I'll never give them my business again. If they just showed some humility, I would have kept my membership after the freeze but instead of refunding my money they charged me for March and February, I felt gaslighted and massively scammed. I would have ate the February charge if they refunded my March charge which was included from February. Instead, I had to dispute the charge with my bank and freeze any further payments, and I'll highly not recommend them to anyone else I ever talk to if they are brought up short of them accepting the dispute and showing some compassion for people who might fall on hard times.
