  This is easily the worst Pharmacy I’ve ever been to every single staff. Member is rude, condescending, and Acts like they are doing you a favor just by being at work. we went To pick up a prescription that we have picked up before that is on a monthly refill and they had to call to order it knowing that it’s on a monthly refill So several days later, we go back to pick it up and they haven’t applied any of our insurance that’s on file cause we’ve picked this prescription up there before with the coupon that’s a year long coupon that applies When I asked about it, she said well you have to get a new coupon every time I said It’s a year long coupon, you only get one coupon and we’ve done this for years at other pharmacies who had no problems with it, it’s run like insurance. She then told me I should probably go to another pharmacy. I told her the coupon even transferred when we transferred the prescription and she told me that’s not how that works, except it did and it worked the last two months.

  When will your app or online work? I like the convenience of ordering online or in the app. Also why do we not get text messages anymore when our order is ready?

  I thought Walgreens on Dual was bad… this is the worst pharmacy and customer service ever. Very rude and unprofessional
