Kids zone is great for families and my son loves going; which encourages me to go. Ben was my personal trainer and was absolutely amazing! He took time to listen and learn my health issues and my weaknesses and strengths. He was flexible and accommodating to my needs and always made great workout sessions that I could benefit from no matter if I was having a bad day or a great day! Working out with autoimmune disorders and anxiety was not something I’d ever thought I’d do and I probably wouldn’t have if it wasn’t for Ben! Thank you Ben and One Life.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with friendly smiles and a warm welcome from the staff. The trainers and team members are professional, supportive, and truly make you feel like part of a community. The gym itself is spotless everything is always clean and well-maintained. The air smells fresh, the equipment shines, and you can tell the staff takes great pride in keeping things organized and sanitized. The locker rooms and common areas are just as impressive everything feels fresh and inviting every single day. It’s one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to, and I genuinely look forward to my workouts here. You can feel a great vibe the moment you step inside! If you’re looking for a clean, friendly, and motivating environment, Onelife Fitness is definitely the place to be.
