- JBJohn BaneNov 17, 20255.0I have been going to the Anne Arundel Dermatology Clinic in Hagerstown for about 8 months. From the moment you walk in you can tell they care. The lobby is spotless.! Proceed to the front desk and you will meet some really nice, and professional receptionists. I have never had a moment where I thought someone was being rude or impatient checking me in, or checking me out after an appointment and scheduling the next. I see PA-C Ashley Kum. SHE. IS AMAZING.!.!.! She is so professional, polite and kind. She evidently loves her position there and what she does. I have never seen her without her smile. It makes a patient feel more relaxed knowing their provider is happy and in a good mood.! I've told my mother about my experiences there and now she wants to come see Ms Ashley Kum and get some things taken care of. I only gave 5 stars because that's the most I could give. But, this clinic should be getting 10 out of 10's from everyone.!!! Thank you soooo much for all you've done to improve my Quality of Life.!!! May The Lord bless each and every one of you.!!!

- AAAshOct 20, 20251.0I am using my daughter’s google account to write this review as I don’t have one and have never felt the need to leave a review like this before. Dr. Mitchell needs to address his patients as valuable clients and less like an inconvenience. When I attend a long awaited doctor’s appointment, my doctors address each of my problems. Dr. Mitchell didn’t address the main problem I came for during my office visit. As far as I know, a patient is allowed to have more than one concern addressed at an appointment. Dr. Mitchell indicated otherwise. He asked me to reschedule to address any additional concerns after spending a maximum of 15 minutes in the room with me. Dr. Mitchell alluded that waiting 2 to 3 months to address ONE concern is acceptable, which I strongly disagree with. Dr. Mitchell lost my patronage during this visit. I would not recommend his services to anyone. The one positive in my experience was the pleasant front desk staff.
