    They first gave me my ordered glasses with different frame, but after I said a bit loudly that was not the frame I ordered, the lady there went inside and brought in 4-5 minutes the correct frame (perhaps more expensive one). Then there is problem with the glasses - objects look distorted (vertical wall looked tilted toward)! The guy there finally helped with setting up another appointment for recheck with the doctor, and I left the shop. Be really careful here - something clearly out of order. I do not mean everything is bad but just that be really careful. Glasses ordered on November 18, and got them December 9 (still defective). No body called or even texted me unless I myself called this day if the glasses were ready for pick up!

    Vanessa,Vanessa - I walked in was greeted with by consumate professional. I glass we broken, screws missing and u need my glasses daily. Vanessa took them, placed screws and even cleaned them bought them back with a holiday smile. I shopped for new glasses while waiting. Vanessa your customer service skills are top notch.
