Then I got a call the same day and they said, sorry they were in. Ordered contact lenses from them. Waited three weeks and no call. Called. Waited 10 minutes on hold and that got disconnected. Called back again. Walter answered. Apologized. Said his records show they called and left a message on November 5. My phone showed no such call. Today is November 20. Fore eyes needs to retrain their staff.

When I returned to get things straightened out, I wasn’t initially believed and one of the workers suggested I requested the extras… very rude. I was previously a repeat customer but I won’t be back.

The optometrist that I have been going to for years no longer accepts my insurance for eye exams and is overbooked for 2026. So I am fortunate that for eyes had an appointment available and the staff was very helpful.
