Gabrielle at the front desk was both professional and kind, keeping our spirits up and moving my partner along quickly to get seen by the doc. Zach saw her, and was also very kind and professional, and got her stitched up and feeling better as fast as possible. Not only that, but Gabrielle and Zach were very helpful in accomodating us when we forgot our insurance cards, helping us out along every step of the way to get my lovely partner feeling better. Have not had a better medical experience in Maryland yet!

I’ve called and spoken with someone three different times about the situation as well as the bill for services that were not performed satisfactorily, but have yet to receive a call back from the “right” person to assist. I’ve learned my lesson and will never go to urgent care for a facial wound again. Also won’t be returning to this location. Editing to add that I sent an email, as instructed below, but have yet to receive a response over the course of 3 full business days. I'll update the review if a response is received.
