They will put you on hold forever before they can even schedule an appointment. Front office staff has a horrible service.

I was so disappointed with every aspect of my experience with them. I was not allowed schedule with my Cardiologist since I hadn’t seen her in over 3 years, so they treated me like a new patient & scheduled me with a NP. On the morning of my 1st stress test and echo, the echo tech cancelled when I was already on my way there. I rescheduled them to have them done on the same day so I didn’t have to take another day off of work again. The 2nd stress test was first and a disaster- the tech couldn’t figure out how to get the leads on me without artifact and the NP was unhappy with how her machine was functioning. The whole time I stood there with electrodes and tape ripped on and off unsuccessfully. Finally upon successful completion of the stress test, I went to the desk to check in for my echo and was told by the unit clerk I would have to reschedule my echo since “I was 20 minutes late and that’s their policy”. When I tried to explain I was in a stress test and was delayed due to no fault of mine, she said, “lm just a secretary.” I told her to cancel any further follow up appointments with the NP in the future. I also sent a message to that NP immediately letting her know what happened so she could let her office manager know and all I got back from the NP was “I’m very sorry” . No concern that the 2nd part of the test wasn’t completed or wouldn’t be in the future. I recommend running from this office. The doctors were good at one point, but when an office is managed like this it’s not worth the chest pains it’s causing. Look elsewhere!

The worst for trying to get through on the phone. Had a procedure done on a Friday and was told I would hear back on the results on Monday. Well it has been a week and several phone calls and still no results. Ridiculous!
