  Can't answer their phone or faxes if their lives depended on it, and especially not if their patients lives depended on it. This has been in their reviews for over a year so they clearly do not care to change anything, regardless of the copy & paste response they put out.

  I unfortunately had to move practices after 4 years of being with Dr . Agarwal . She is a great doctor and last minute emergencies happen so this is not her fault. However, this 2 star review is how unkind and combative the Patient Office Coordinator was. Usually I have no problems with people at this front desk, whether they are cheery or otherwise. However, this one made it seem like I was accusing her of not calling me. I'm not I just did not receive the apparent voicemail she left on my phone or work desk that I was right next to. That could mean several issues not just that she dialed the wrong number. However, it's the 4th time I've been cancelled on and she gave no options other than rescheduling again( which will inevitably lead to a cancellation). I was willing to be seen by other providers after driving 40 minutes because I still did not see the claimed voicemail that was left ( still isn't on my phone )and I can't keep making cancelled doctors appointments and taking off work. She was one of the top 3 meanest service oriented employees I've had the displeasure of encountering and I hope she doesn't stress anyone else out whose just trying to get a yearly physical.

  I have left 2 messages in 2 days and still no response. I am trying to establish care with a new PCP. It makes me want to contact the medical director for the practice. Luminus Community Physicians did this and the doctors ended up leaving due to the office staff ignoring calls and messages. I tried the Hanover and Millersville locations but they don’t have anyone who is accepting patients. Office staff should NOT be dictating your care.

  I have absolutely loved my time being a patient in the office. I see Dr. Mabry and she is a gem of a doctor. She listens to all your concerns and issues and works to figure out what is going on. She truly cares for her patients and works to make sure they are happy and healthy. I’ve never felt like she overlooked any concern no matter how small it seems, she pays attention to everything. Her bedside manner is some of the best I have ever experienced. The Medical Assistant Wendy is also incredible. She has such a positive attitude that makes appointments start off on such a great note. This duo is incredible and anyone is lucky to recurve care from them!
