New Update : read below original post My beloved COHA has been ruined with the new owner CUA. 5 and a half years of no issues. Now they lost my account credit, can't seem to retain my insurance information, and send out annoying emails and texts to confirm appointments weeks in advance. When you do check in, you still need to do it again, the day of your visit. If Dr. Markan was not the absolute best, I would have left after CUA purchased them. If he ever changes practice, I will follow him. Apparently, they have changed supplies for the infusion department. The diameter of the line sets for the infusion pumps they have are not entirely accurate now either. The drip rates are not to the specification of the Zyno Medical z-800. My scheduled infusion ran over because the line set was not delivering the calculated dose in the time frame specified. This is a DIRECT AFFECT TO PATIENT CARE by big business. UPDATE: I met with the practice manager on Monday for a 45 minute meeting about my concerns. She was very receptive to what I presented, my timeline of events, the research and information I provided her from the manufacturer of the Infusion pumps. She assured me this would be corrected within 48 hours. Today is Wednesday, I had another Infusion treatment, and the proper IV sets were used, and I received my whole dose as programed. I applaud her for getting this done, however it should have never happened in the first place. Review upgraded to 3 stars. Fix the Freesia system and I will consider 5 stars again.

I pulled in the Tate Center on 10/23/2025, where I was greeted by Walter Supervisor) . I later learn his name from Kevin Marks (Account Manager) with Towne Park after requesting upper management based on treatment after he refused to give me his name. In my 45 years of life I have never encountered someone so heartless, or compassionate for others. I asked the associate if it would be alright if I ran up just to grab some support hose because there was no immediate parking spaces near the clinic which triggered me attempt valet given the walking distance for a 3 minute transaction. I have a service animal that accompanies me because I have a history of fainting including temporary paralysis. After speaking with the agent he informed me that I could not leave the dog in the car and I agreed I said that's fine she is a service animal and that I could take her with me. Even after this exchange of words the associate continued to be abrasive and combative in a threatening manner. This is coaching for Walter to know that when dealing with the public , you have to maintain your professionalism, which was not followed. I then asked for his name but he refused to provide it. When I left the visit there was a supervisor awaiting as I requested to leave the location in tears due to the pain of walking

Unfortunately had an unpleasant experience. I brought my grandmother in for an appointment today, and I am not the usual person who brings her for her appointments here. We arrived around 11:30, with her appointment being at 11:45. This is not really an issue, as she likes to be able to sit and rest her hip. I signed her in and sat with her. Immediately the receptionist sitting on the far end of the desks away from the entrance yelled her name, watched me help my grandmother to her feet and start walking her over just to be told I signed the wrong form. I apologized, explained I thought she was here for the treatment on the set of paperwork I had signed her for. I was very rudely told that that was not the case. I helped my grandmother sit back down and signed the correct sign in form. Around noon, she had still not been called back but the staff was beginning to start taking lunch so I assumed there would be some extra waiting while people swapped out. Another 30 minutes go by, I finally ask when she is going to be called up. I noticed her name had been checked off on the sign in sheet despite never having been called back. The receptionist (different person than the original one I spoke to) promised to check on it. Another 10 minutes go by, and I have to escort my grandmother to the restroom. While she is using the restroom, a woman comes over and very rudely tells me she definitely called her name several times. I told her I had been sitting there the entire time, and did not hear her once. I also explained that my grandmother is extremely hard of hearing, and if I had not heard her, there is absolutely no way my grandmother would have. This is not her first visit here, and I am assuming they have documented in some way her hearing issues. She did not offer any type of apology for the miscommunication, or the long wait. Her entire demeanor seemed very irritated and impatient. After my grandmother was finished with her procedure, and we were leaving, the receptionist sitting closest to the doors offered me her next appointment schedule, which I appreciate and I thanked her for. My main issue is that, if you have a patient who is hard of hearing, elderly, or in this case both, it seems very unprofessional the way the entire situation was handled. If for any reason she had attended this appointment alone, or if I had been in the restroom, how would she have been informed it was time for her to be seen? I have watched other staff walk into the waiting room to physically approach waiting patients and walk them back. This was not the case for my grandmother. On top of being hard of hearing, she has extreme difficulty moving around unassisted. How long would she have sat there waiting if for some reason she had been alone? It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience for both of us. The rest of the staff seemed very kind, I'm not sure why the two staff members we interacted with today were so rude. There is a certain standard expected out of health care professionals, and I assure you this is not it.

I have never had a problem here, but today when I had to go get my blood drawn the young lady who works back there was absolutely the rudest person I have ever had to deal with!! You're working with cancer patients have some consideration for them!! She really was a very nasty person! She said it's the least of her concerns that I didn't drink enough water today!!! She really needs to find another occupation if she's going to act like that around people, especially cancer patients! As if we don't worry enough about our health I think it's all the more reason for her to be friendly and compassionate to us!!!
