It was so refreshing to have work done at Sterling Endodontics, from the reception area to the dental assistants/staff to Dr. Rollor. The environment was friendly and inviting, and, I received the utmost in root canal care. No pain, no troubles, no worry. I've worked in the customer service area for over 40 years and definitely know how important it is to treat a customer. Sterling Endodontics certainly has mastered it. Will recommend them to all I know!

The entire staff was extremely amicable, friendly, and professional, with a genuinely positive attitude that immediately put me at ease. The office itself is clean, modern, and equipped with state-of-the-art technology, which added to the overall sense of confidence and comfort. Dr. Seuong was outstanding! He took the time to thoroughly explain the entire procedure, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. His professionalism and calm demeanor really made a difference. I was honestly expecting significant tooth pain in the days following the procedure, but to my surprise, the discomfort was very mild and mostly gone by the next day. That alone speaks volumes about the quality of care I received. BLUF: Great experience, caring staff, excellent doctor, and a comfortable environment. I highly recommend Sterling Endodontics in Glen Burnie.

Communication via phone and email was easy and helped me make my appointment, even when I needed to reschedule. I came a bit early and the friendly front desk team greeted me with smiles and showed me to their bright, clean & spacious lobby area to fill out my digital intake forms. The decor was a modern space with multiple greenery that read relaxing to me. Most folk come into a dental practice with anxiety for fear of pain in the dentist chair but I can attest that the equipment is technology driven and the staff is well versed. My X-rays were done in a matter of minutes and we're displayed instantly on a digital monitor in front and Dr. Rollor was very friendly and informative in his explanation of what the images showed and exactly what he was going to do. As my root canal started, he let me know exactly what he was about to do and kept checking on me to make sure that I was ok during my pain free procedure. Melonie(sic?), his wonderful assistant/nurse/x-ray tech was exceptionally professional and friendly! X-rays were even taken after to explain Dr. Roller's work. I would give Sterling Endodontics 10/10 and would highly recommend them. This fantastic team if professionals made me feel at ease and I left very pleased!
