This lack of upfront communication was frustrating. Most concerning was the technician’s conduct after the exam concluded. He failed to explain next steps and instead sat at his desk using his cell phone, leaving me standing and unsure of how to proceed. This behavior was dismissive, disrespectful, and not appropriate in a patient care setting. Overall, the technician’s lack of communication and professionalism made me feel unwelcome. As a result, I will not be returning for future services.

My visit with the doctor was about 10 minutes. And that was because I was asking questions. He told me because there wasn't anything wrong. I was just very surprised. The prior doctor has retired and believe me; I can tell the difference. However, the other staff were great. They did everything the way the normally do. The doctor, nope. I will probably not be going back.
