- MWMirtha WardOct 17, 20251.0A problem with getting an answer in the telephone, I had been a pt for several months and I am a doctor, it takes 5 mins of their time the whole procedure, I got lost and could not get an answer to tell them, finally they called me as I was parking the car in their parking lot and cancelled me, they said they had a patient every 10 mins And could not work me in after driving for an hour, I will be going somewhere and reportar them to the hospital, Dr Mirtha Ward

I call, i hit a number to get an appointment and it transfers me to a universal appointment line. they then transfer you back to the coumadin clinic. you leave a message and they never return the call. I only got ahold of someone because the universal appointment department sent someone physically to the coumadin clinic. at this point I want nothing to do with this location. Only reason i even contact this location was because the location i was going to isn't doing the services there anymore and sending people here. but I will be finding some other location. i don't want anything to do with this department.
- ARAngela RobertsonJan 29, 20241.0this facility suddenly with 1 days notice fired at least pharmacists providing care at their anticoagulation clinic. they now have 1 making it impossible to get an appointment. if you are going to be 10 minutes late you are cancelled. this is greatly affecting the ability of warfarin patients to have their INR checked.

And everyone that works here are the kindest, most truly caring people I have ever been too! They are truly genuine and really care about there patients. Mrs. Maria and Mrs. Kate up front are extremely helpful, whether on the phone or at the office. Mr. Ali is the coolest vampire in the office. And the many pharmacists... Pega, Meagan and Marylyn....thank you for all of your help after all these years 😁
