I asked for assistance from the manager to take a bag off my transaction, the manager told me she couldn’t do it and didn’t know why. She then brought my transaction to a register where the total went up. I told her the remaining balance was $0.13 and it now showed I owed $1.13. Instead of trying to figure out why it went up she was like “I don’t know it says you owe that.” My transaction never completed and then was canceled yet my card was charged $66.22. I spoke to the manager who did the transaction and she has no idea why my money isn’t on my card. When she canceled the transaction she never provided me with a receipt, I left the store, came back and my transaction was still on the register. She canceled it in front of me. My money still isn’t on my card and she has no idea when I’ll receive my money. Then had the audacity to say “I have other customers to help” as if she didn’t cause this. Maria/mariam has no idea what she is doing. Everyone doesn’t need to be a manager.

Picked up 5 prescriptions yesterday after wisdom teeth removal. One of the prescriptions was for Oxycodone (8 pills). I just realized they shorted me one pill. I only took 2 and there’s only 5 in the bottle.
Update: they gave me an extra amoxicillin. Not sure what was happening the day I picked up but the counting of the pills was off. I guess now I have to count every prescription I pick up.

I have recently switched from CVS to Safeway, Germantown for all the medications of my family.
The customer service I experienced was phenomenally good comparison to CVS not that CVS personals were ever rude to me but the staff I met here were very courteous, kind, generous and showed care.
1 star I gave because only for 1 medication of which I took 4 bottles, I detected missing tablets and also in 2 containers the same medication from 2 different manufactures were mixed together. This is not the right practice and is huge safety risk.
I did my due diligence and went to the store, talked with the manager and have requested to provide the missing tablets and also refund of these 4 bottles. But the manager said they will check the camera and if theres any mistake on their end then only they will take care.
Update:
1. I missed the call from the pharmacy yesterday. So I called today on Tuesday. But the person I talked to said that the manager told him there was no issue. Upon further discussion I told him as the manager only knows what happened as I explained to him only I would like to directly talk to him to which he said the manager will call me on Thrusday.
Lets see what happens.
2. The reply from store which was posted doesn't make sense because all of the ways of contacting are for Grocery Pick up
and delivery, pickup, online orders, Retail Store, Corporate. No method of complaining or submitting feedback for Pharmacy related issues.
So if the store is reading this please tell me exactly which option to use to copy this exact review and paste with my number so that I can be contacted.

So now why I am writing this post?
This post is for all consumers to share my experience and follow somethings which will avoid such dangers and inconvenience.
1. When you receive the medication don't just take and go home. Be in the store and count the entire tablets. Yes I know its an effort but health is the most important thing in your life so we need to work for it.
2. Get a small container from home when you go for pickup and pour all tablets into it just to be sure they all look same e.g size and color because if not there is an issue.
For e.g., if one tablet also doesn't suit you or causes a reaction you wont be able to trace it back as its from different manufacturers.
Both above steps will save you time, money and energy in the long run.
Have a good day all.

I never leave reviews but I had to after today. These people don't care about their customers. Took me 30 mins to check out with 4 items today because they didn't want to help me when an item didn't ring up properly. They sent me in circles and then treated me like a thief when I asked them to honor their promo. I had multiple people take my phone and change the settings to make sure I wasn't lying and scamming them out of $3.50. When I explained it shouldn't take more then 20+ mins to check out and wanted to put in a complaint, they then started pointing the finger at the other associates and literally told me "I should know better" than asking them to honor their promo and somehow became my fault

Why is reviewing my Medicare plan every year important?
Reviewing your Medicare plan every year is important because Medicare Advantage (Part C) and Medicare Prescription Drug Plans (Part D) can change annually. These changes may affect your coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and provider network. By reviewing your plan during the Medicare Annual Enrollment Period, you can ensure it still meets your healthcare needs and budget—and switch plans if necessary.
