  I’ve been going to the Germantown Boland location for weekly testing since September 2025. Since early on we knew I’d be a difficult customer - hiding veins. Vivian continues to make every visit friendly & efficient. #ThankYou We’re so happy to have such a wonderful team close to home. We plan to be back next Monday. #Sorry

  Terrible experience. I made an appointment for a pre-employment drug test at this location. When I first walked in, there was one man waiting and he was taken in very quickly. I was hopeful because I had checked in online and assumed I would be next. I waited alone for about five minutes when another person walked in, did a self check-in, and was taken in immediately. I continued waiting, holding my urine very uncomfortably. Someone eventually came out and told me I would need to wait longer. I politely said, “Sure 😊.” When I was finally called in, the employee who assisted me was rude and very difficult to understand. She was mumbling, speaking very quietly, and not pronouncing her words clearly. She became impatient because I had to ask her to repeat herself multiple times. At one point, she was mumbling in a very low voice while looking at her computer. I honestly thought she was talking to herself until she abruptly said, “I’m talking to you,” slightly louder, still not looking at me. Even then, I could barely understand her and had to ask her to repeat her question. She then asked: “Do you need to drink water?” I said no. “Do you drink water?” I said yes. “When was the last time you drank water?” I said before coming to the appointment. She then said, “I don’t have time to have people waiting. You need to be ready to pee if you come here.” I explained that I was ready and was actually holding my urine already. She went on to rant and complain about other patients not being ready, repeatedly clicking on her computer and mentioning how many people were waiting. While no one else was there waiting. She then told me she could not process my test and instructed me to go to the Rockville location, saying, “Go there now, they will do it for you.” I explained that I could not just go there immediately and asked if I could reschedule with this location instead. At that point, she finally looked at me for the first time and asked very confused why I couldn’t go to Rockville right then, as if I owed her an explanation of my personal schedule. Unfortunately, I still explained myself. I left confused, frustrated, having wasted my time, and with a stomachache from holding my urine for so long. I wish this review could fix the poor service, but judging by the existing ratings, nothing will change. So here is my-star review to add to their already bad Google rating. If you can avoid it, go somewhere else.

  The Question technician was very knowledgeable and personable. She could see that I was nervous, and she put me at ease. She hit my rolling vein right away with no pain. She was excellent!

  Extremely bad experience. Receptionist ( who also acted as phlebotomists for my case) was literally sleeping when I went there at 3pm on 12/10. That lady kept moving needle inside my arm. My hand was extremely swollen on the day and formed purple bruise and stayed for more than a week with pain. Never going again.

  Super nice technician lady. Blood drawn quickly and painlessly. Would come back!
