I always wondered why this gym was empty, and after my first interaction with staff, the retention rate made sense. It was less about the situation, more about how I was spoken to. three separate staff members were just rude, children in adult bodies. I cancelled my membership that same day and applied elsewhere. do with this information as you please.

The only improvement I would suggest is adding another stair master or two, especially since there are already so many treadmills. Other than that, I have had a really good experience here.
