  I have been using Giant Leaman Farm as my primary pharmacy for the last 4 years. I have a few other pharmacies closer to where I live but opt to use this one. My prescriptions are always filled on time, and if there is an issue, they always remedy it right away. There have been times when they were out of a medication, but they gave me the option to transfer to another location or order it for next day pick up. When there is a long line, one of the pharmacists will open a register and help the technician. I notice and appreciate that their staff has been pretty consistent as long as I've been using them.

  Went to pick up medication and the lady that helped me was a short old asian lady. My problem with her is that instead of handing me my medication she decided to throw it on the counter. Is it really hard for the pharmacists that work here to show basic respect?

  This new team of pharmacist they have is terrible. I've been coming to the same exact giant and have always had a great experience. I went to pick up some UTI meds this past weekend. I called 3 times and they kept on telling me that my medicine wasn't ready. I came in In person and they were extremely confrontational and rude. My phone showed me that my prescription was ready and when I came inside the pharmacy two people told me they didn't see it on my profile on the computer. I went out to the parking lot and called another giant pharmacy and they checked it for me and said it was ready for pick up. The older Vietnamese lady was arguing with me about my medication. It was bizarre and I've never felt so frustrated and disrespected at a pharmacy out of all places.And I never ever leave bad reviews either. Beware of new team there. I miss the old people that used to work there.

  The pharmacists are good but the newly hired staff is extremely rude and has absolutely no courtesy at all period you have to wait in long lines and they do not care this gentleman is rude and there’s absolutely no respect shown to people coming to this place for years. change . go elsewhere cos u deserve better
