- FMFred MaNov 24, 20251.0I'm not going to going to comment on politeness because they seem okay and if they get the job done I'm not going to dwell on how polite they were. However, my issue is with their process. Once, I ordered my medications online and they kept saying I picked it up and it had my signature so I asked them to check the security cameras which would take a week. And they just told me they'd give me a discount when they thought I already picked up my medication. No, I don't want your discount I want my medication. And, lo and behold, my medication was in a bin somewhere and was never originally sent out. After that I made sure to call them. I think it was beginning of September, I asked them to send out 2 medications but I didn't want the other one since my doctor told me to stop taking them. And lo and behold, they never sent out those medications. They' were like "We told you to pick it up it's been X days"... Uh I specifically asked for certain medication to be delivered? UHC with Walgreens might have been more expensive, but I can 100% say I'm extremely disappointed with my experience here.

The receptionist took my insurance anyway (not sure why) only to tell me 40 minutes later that they are still processing my prescription because my insurance wouldn’t go through. Well I knew that, that’s why I told them I was self-pay! The receptionist simply didn’t have a clue. They did apologize for the long wait, but come on, they should learn a little more about insurances since it’s an essential part of their job!

She then proceeds to inform me that no GIANT OR CVS would fill any prescription because of my pain management doctor is seeing to many patients... So I went to CVS and a different GIANT to find out what she told me was a lie. She didn’t want to fill my prescription and I feel as though this is discrimination...
