Javid and his crew in 2023: told me they did not have any glasses that fit within my Medicaid benefit (false) when I said I wanted NO extras (no cash or up selling for them). Exam and scrip were good: took my scrip to MyEyeDr, love my sunglasses. In 2024, told them previous year's nonsense, got a pair of glasses, literally twice as heavy as the sunglasses. 2025, scheduled contact lens exam, told they'd lmk what was covered (medically necessary?). Argued over holding order for lenses ("materials benefit") for 3 days due to insurance nonsense, always no problem, suddenly Javid yelling at me on the phone. Associate in store day of appointment tells me, yes, no problem to hold order. Finally, also tells me there is an $80 copay for contact exam "fitting". SAID FROM THE START ONLY DOING WHAT IS COVERED. 4 convos later. Then remote doctor and associate bumble through exam tech problems for an hour. I found lightweight glasses that look good to replace last year's leaden junk but who knows how long this new junk will last.
