Friendly place and has a great variety of teachers. Not as hard as solid core but it’s different and still feel like my muscles are working!

I have been wanting to try Pilates using reformer machines for some time and I finally did it at Club Pilates. The experience did not disappoint. I did a trial which familiarized me with the lingo, machine, and intro exercises- even though it was 30 minutes, I definitely felt the effort (in a good way) the next day. I’m excited to feel the effect after full classes.
Winnie was so patient, insightful, and encouraging. I’m looking forward to the full Club Pilates experience!
