  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Ivan at GNC – Gambrills, MD I want to give a huge shoutout to Ivan at the GNC in Gambrills, MD for providing truly exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm welcome and immediately offered assistance. I was looking for a specific flavor of protein isolate, and Ivan went the extra mile literally going to the back to check a brand-new shipment just to see if it had arrived. When it turned out they didn’t have it in stock, he politely let me know and offered to help me order it online instead. Ivan didn’t stop there he made sure I was aware of current deals and promotions, and even took the initiative to speak with his manager to get a special promotion applied when the system wasn’t working correctly. He genuinely took time to understand my financial needs and made sure I got the best value possible. What impressed me most was his professionalism and calm focus while working alone, assisting multiple customers at once without missing a beat. I watched how attentively and respectfully he helped everyone he’s clearly hardworking and dedicated to his job. Thank you, Ivan, for going above and beyond to help me out. Your customer service, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression. To his leadership team you’ve got an amazing employee on your hands. He definitely deserves recognition (and a raise!)

  Nastiest clerk I have ever come in contact with in a retail environment. Could not even be bothered to answer a question. I, have in the past, made many purchases from GNC. I will never buy another thing from this company! I guess he was the manager. He was the only one in the store.
