I had a very positive experience when I broke my tooth. Dr. Corey Anolik was able to see me right way. I appreciated his kindness and told me that I could be helped as soon as two days later with a new crown.

I brought my 97 yr old mother-in-law for a crown to be replaced, due to a cavity. I was impressed w/the procedure. I do not need to take her back a second time, because every thing was done in their office. The new crown was created via computer w/“scanning” her mouth. Then the dentist made sure it fitted correctly in her mouth (it did), and then “baked” the new crown. The entire visit was only 1 1/2 hr. Hannelore was completely relaxed the entire time, and did not mind the short waiting times between the different “jobs” of the procedure.
Dr. Anolik and his team are great. I always go to Svety. She is an expert and is always very professional. It’s a nice, clean, organized office and there is never a wait or delay. They have early morning appointments on Wednesday which is nice.
Our entire family (myself, my husband, and our child) ultimately cancelled all appointments due to a very disappointing experience with the front desk manager.
About two weeks before my scheduled March 2 appointment, my time was changed THREE times within just a few hours (2:00 → 2:30 → 2:45 → 3:00). I first received a voicemail, followed by multiple text messages with different appointment times. When I called to ask why my appointment kept being changed, I was told it was due to an “emergency.”
Later, I learned that this so-called “emergency” was scheduled for March 2 — not a same-day emergency — which made the repeated schedule changes even more confusing. Even so, I accepted the explanation.
I then simply asked whether future appointments might also be repeatedly delayed, since our entire family has schedules to manage. The front desk stated that it could “possibly be delayed another 15 minutes” and even suggested that I reschedule to another day.
I was not upset about being called “Ms./Mrs. Yu.” What upset me was the dismissive tone and attitude. I was only asking for stable scheduling and basic respect.
The person I initially spoke with was the front desk manager. She then transferred the call to an assistant, who answered and resolved the scheduling issue at that time. Everything seemed settled.
Later, my husband called simply because he was concerned about future scheduling reliability for our family. During that call, he was told that we were “not a good fit.” This decision was made entirely by administrative staff, without any involvement from the dentist.
Patients come here for professional dental care — not chaotic scheduling and front desk power struggles. Losing an entire family due to poor communication and office management is disappointing.

My wife and I have been patients for over 20 years and we have been well taken of. They always have the latest technology, do great dental work and have a very nice, friendly office staff. Love all of the great art work!
