  Longtime patient here! Brought my kids to Dr.Taylor in 2010 and have referred many other families to Pediatric and Adolescent Care. I have always been very happy until the last year or so. I had a wonderful relationship with the previous office manager, Lillian. She was very attentive and caring to any comments, concerns, or billing questions. However, since she left, there has been a lot of office turnover, especially when it comes to providers my children have always seen. There is a new manager, however, the one time she was in office when I was there she was dismissive, rude, and rolled her eyes when I wanted to introduce myself and ask a billing question. When I’ve asked for the manager via phone I’ve been hung up on. More importantly, I’ve overheard members of her own staff call her “incompetent” while I’m sitting in the waiting room. This is extremely uncomfortable to hear as a patient. I am thankful for the main nurse, Tina, who seems to be the only one trying to provide patient centered care but overall, the office feels like a much less professional and welcoming environment. It is a real shame. My family will be transferring care, and I will be sharing my experience with the families I’ve referred.

  The staffs are absolutely amazing!!! Very engaging, answering all my questions as well as my children, not feeling rushed. Honestly the reason why I picked this particular Pediatric is because they have a male pediatric doctor and I have a son who I thought would be more comfortable discussing issues and concern with the male doctor. My daughter gets a female Pediatric doctor for her visits , so it’s a win-win for me and my children. If you’re looking for pediatric doctor for your child I would highly, highly recommend them! -Vivi

  We've been using the Pediatrics Care for many years and quite pleased everytime from the front desk and accounting staff to the doctors particuarly Dr. Taylor. This summer we were traveling in overseas when our son needed an urgent medical care. We were staying at a high end hotel so they had a doctor and nurse come to our hotel but they were not of much help. We called the PA office and fortuantely Dr. Taylor was on call! He advised us over the phone so we could take care of the issue right there and before flying back to the U.S. He even followed by sending us a text message! It is a big relief to know they are still ready to help some 6,000 miles away! Will not go anywhere else for our child Pediatric care.

  Dr Taylor was my pediatrician when i was a child and had been my son's Pediatrician. He and all the other doctors and nurses ate very kind and listen to your needs. They also are very patient and can fit you in quickly. They also have 24 hour on call staff and are open on weekends. They will meet you at the hospital if something happens. I have called some of the doctors at 2 am without complaint or any attitude. They are a wonderful group of people and really care for their kids!
