Great service, great eye doctor and amazing frames plus they have a strong desire to give back to those in need and that makes me a fan!

I’ve really loved this location and have been coming here for a while, but I’ll unfortunately be switching locations after my most recent experience. My mom and I both had appointments and were the last ones of the day. We were running a little late, but we knew there was a 5-minute grace period. When we opened the door, I checked my phone and saw that it was exactly 5 minutes past our appointment time, so we smiled in relief. However, by the time they found our appointments, it was one minute past that, and they denied my mom’s appointment. I ended up having my appointment early and even finished before my original appointment time. I completely understand having policies in place to stay on schedule, but this situation felt unnecessary and absurd, especially considering we were the last clients of the day and have always been on time in the past. No complaints about the doctor, he was great.

Super easy scheduling, friendly and helpful staff, great optometrist. Low pressure sales. Much better than my previous optician.

I’ve been coming to Warby Parker for several years and I always receive the best customer service. I have tried MyEyeDr in Germantown because they are in-network but that was terrible idea! I ended up right back at Warby Parker. Dr. Gamboa and Dr. Raja are great! They are knowledgeable and always explain my eye care options so that I make the best decision. The employees in the front always provide the best customer service. (I wish I knew all of their names.) Go to Warby Parker. You won’t be disappointed!

I did have a great experience with this location when it came to ordering my contacts but a month or so later when I had a contact stuck in my eye, I came in for help and when the associates spoke to the doctor, I saw her shrug with her arms as if she had no care for my medical emergency. My eye was in so much pain and I waited for some time only to be told the doctor has no time on the calendar to be able to see me, despite there being no patients walking in and out or awaiting an appointment and only one other n the store. They tried to offer me a timeslot in three hours at the next location 20 minutes away, but I came on my work lunch break, which I took early to accommodate the issue. There was no urgency to help me resolve or even just care for my eye and that greatly disappointed me. I will not be ordering my contacts, glasses from them moving forward nor consider them for any future services.
