The associates were very friendly and attentive to my needs. Even when I had a question on how my insurance was processed afterward, the associate patiently and cheerfully gave me a breakdown of how the charges were processed. I’m looking forward to getting my new glasses soon!

I never write online reviews, but I had to write this review to praise and recognize Joby Brinkus and her LensCrafters store located opposite the Target store at the RIO Washingtonian Center. Joby is the store manager, and everything about her LensCrafters store reflects her professionalism and her attention to detail and the customer experience. I had an amazing shopping experience with Joby, which I’m summarizing below: * CUSTOMER SERVICE: Joby was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and she did a fantastic job helping me. She focused on my shopping needs and took the right amount of time to assist me, while she expertly managed her employees and answered any questions they had. My shopping experience with Joby was the most pleasant business interaction I’ve ever had. * PRODUCT QUALITY: LensCrafters sells high-quality frames and lenses on their site and in their stores. LensCrafters is a subsidiary of Luxottica, which owns several house brands (including Oakley, Oliver Peoples, Persol, Ray-Ban, and more) and makes eyewear under license for most of the well-known designer brands (including Armani, Bulgari, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, Versace, and more). Joby’s LensCrafters store has a wide variety of brands and options for customers to choose from. * EXPERT ADVICE: Joby gave me valuable guidance for the glasses I wanted to buy, and helped me select the right frames and the best lens options for my vision needs. * STORE EXPERIENCE: Joby’s LensCrafters store has a welcoming atmosphere and a well-organized layout, which enhances the shopping experience. The store is spacious and clean, the decorations are tasteful, and the lighting is pleasant. The store is beautiful, functional, and well-maintained, thanks to Joby’s awareness, thoughtfulness, and excellence when it comes to managing the business. * TECHNOLOGY & TOOLS: Even though I did not use them, I know that LensCrafters offers helpful tools like virtual try-ons, AI-based fit suggestions, or in-store digital systems that improve your decision-making. Visit the LensCrafters site or Joby’s store for more information about these options. * AFTER-SALES SUPPORT: LensCrafters offers several post-sales services that provide peace of mind for customers. This includes LensCrafters’ 30-Day Happiness Guarantee, Aftercare (for free cleanings and adjustments), and the Eyewear Protection Plan (for repairs or replacements). Contact LensCrafters or visit their site for more information and pricing. * VALUE FOR MONEY: I felt the overall cost for my prescription glasses was more than justified by the high-quality eyewear and the excellent service I received. I decided to shop at LensCrafters because they are one of the in-network vision providers for my vision health plan, which allowed me to get a nice discount for the glasses I wanted to buy. If you want to purchase authentic eyewear from any of the top brands I mentioned above, then you should talk to Joby or one of her associates at her store. I will be buying all of my eyewear from Joby’s LensCrafters store from now on.

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
