She completely understands the urgency for me to get my meds and she always goes above and beyond with service. She makes sure we understand the instructions for the meds. She truly is the reason I still get my prescription filled at this giant location. Thank you so much Irene for being empathic, having great customer service and being all around amazing!

They have been out of my pain medication that I've been prescribed... the one she originally denied me for almost 2 months now and will not give me my prescription back. This is and has been an ongoing issue at this location. The one pharmacist is rude, very short and downright nasty if you even try to challenge her. I moved all my other medication to a pharmacy 20 minutes away.
