  Always something wrong, even when I call . I’ve tried for 2 years and finally had enough. Not that I don’t understand that things happen. But it’s like they’re always blaming someone else. Or make out like your trying to get something your not allowed( have a prescription) I had all prescriptions transferred out and they couldn’t even do that as they don’t reply. I feel for the staff upfront that have to listen to people complaining. It’s obviously mismanaged and the pharmacists are the rudest. Good bye!!

  Giant not only is the most expensive grocery store but also has the most disrespectful employees. Every single item is at least $2_$3 more than whole foods market,Safeway, Mom's Organic but they tell you we are giving you gas points???? We are paying for the gas points. The other day I told the elderly African American lady at the register that I got the same Starbucks iced coffee at Walmart for $3 less and her answer with an attitude was, "Why don't you get it from Walmart then?". I'm not spending another dollar at Giant anymore. Rip off!

  Be prepared to wait for your prescription. Mother was told to come back the next day and still a 45 min wait after a text message was received. Extremely frustrating specially for older folks who cannot wait around. Not sure if this all across all Giant pharmacist or this one in particular.
