  I highly recommend Dr. Brodak. I have been coming to him for many many years and never once have I had a negative experience. Dr. Brodak is kind, good with kids, attentive, caring, and quite knowledgeable about his craft. He will listen to you without you feeling rushed and he will take care of you. I will continue to have my yearly visit at For Eyes with Dr. Brodak and if you'd like a positive experience I suggest that you do to!

  I came in to get new glasses for me and my daughter last Friday. Michelangelo was very patient with me and helped me to find the perfect lenses. My daughter was having a difficult time deciding on her lenses. Maritza helped my daughter with ordering lenses that were not available in the store. Both of our glasses came in less than a week. Debbie was very helpful in adjusting our frames to make sure they fit perfectly. I love this location!

  I wanted to review the customer service experience during my visit to this particular store. The attention that I received from the moment that I walked in to this location to the moment when I left was 100% top customer service. I was greeted with smiles, given the time & full attention and left feeling that I was very well taken care of. Michelangelo was very helpful, took his time in going over my prescription and provided me with the different options I had for ordering my glasses. Also, I had a chance to speak with the manager of this location. She was very accessible, knowledgeable, pleasant and truly gave 100% attention to me when the representative called her over to consult something with her. She stopped what she was doing and was glad to provide assistance. On a separate review I will rate the accuracy of my prescription on my glasses. Rosario

  First time getting an eye exam here. It was a wonderful experience. Everyone was extremely kind, patient and attentive. Dr.Brodak was exceptional. He had a fun and professional way of communicating that made the whole experience feel light. Explained things in a way that was tailored to my understanding yet didn't leave out details that could expand my knowledge which is much appreciated. I learned a few things, got my prescription in a timely manner, and received assistance on the floor right away. I look forward to returning to get my glasses (which was picked out for me by a staff member who understood exactly what i needed). Visit at risk of a good experience. Lean back and take a moment. Sometimes you need to reset and clear your head to see what's right in front of you. Noted Dr.Brodak

  Writing this review after my wife experienced one of the most upsetting and disrespectful encounters we’ve ever had with the sales team at For Eyes Gaithersburg on 02/23/26 at 6:00pm. I am putting my name out there because, believe it or not, this deeply affected me as well, and due to time sensitivity I had no real choice but to move forward with my order. The doctor has always been exceptional and has taken care of our family for years. The previous sales team has consistently been professional, patient, and helpful. That’s exactly why what happened this evening felt so shocking and disheartening. While we were being assisted, a sales associate called over Michael Angelo to clarify a simple question. My wife calmly asked if she could still add transition lenses since that option had not been offered. Instead of responding with basic courtesy, he acted as if he couldn’t understand her. After she respectfully repeated herself, he answered in an arrogant, raised tone, stating they were only giving the option the doctor recommended. His demeanor carried a clear sense of superiority — as if we should simply accept it or leave if we didn’t like it. When my wife told him there was no need to raise his voice, he continued with the same condescending attitude. She was so frustrated and hurt by the way she was treated that she canceled her order on the spot. It is incredibly disappointing to see such unprofessional behavior overshadow years of positive experiences. I sincerely hope management takes this seriously, because no loyal family should ever be made to feel belittled or dismissed. Kodzo D
