- TTTee TeeFeb 23, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacist, Ted. He raised his voice at me multiple times and spoke in a tone that felt aggressive and disrespectful. He refused to fill a prescription that was already in my profile and insisted I contact my doctor for a new one, which led to unnecessary back-and-forth. When I called other pharmacy locations, they were professional and reassuring about the process. I ultimately had my prescription sent elsewhere because I did not feel confident it would be handled with care at this location. Customer service and professionalism were lacking in this interaction.

I showed up earlier than appointed time but they accommodated me and I had the injection within five minutes. This week I needed antibiotic for visiting grand child. Neighbors have complained about 3-4 hours turn around at CVS. I called to check on expected turn around after the prescription was called in. Not only was the call answered promptly but I was told at most 1 hour. 20 minutes later I got a text it was ready. Amazing for the pandemic situation we are experiencing.
