They were able to determine that a nearby store had it but they were INCAPABLE of bothering to call to transfer the prescription. If this is what qualifies as their acceptable level of ‘customer service’ in my opinion they fall horribly short.

I showed up earlier than appointed time but they accommodated me and I had the injection within five minutes. This week I needed antibiotic for visiting grand child. Neighbors have complained about 3-4 hours turn around at CVS. I called to check on expected turn around after the prescription was called in. Not only was the call answered promptly but I was told at most 1 hour. 20 minutes later I got a text it was ready. Amazing for the pandemic situation we are experiencing.
