  “Immediate Care” is not the same as “Urgent Care”. This is no longer an Urgent Care facility.

  Not urgent care even though it says it on the website and the stickers on the door! Was turned away

  Ive been going here for years and I've had good experiences with them, but ever since they've changed their system it's impossible to get an appointment with them. I've tried their website, I've tried zocdoc, but no matter what I do it's impossible to set up an appointment online. Then I tried calling to set up an appointment, but they won't do appointment over the phone. Even though I told them that their system isn't working I've been met with, "sorry bout that". With no resolution. So I tried to do a walk in appointment because they are an urgent care according to Google. I was met with a wall telling me to schedule an appointment with the website that isn't working and that they don't do walk ins. When I exited the building I look at the door and see a sign that says, "Walk ins welcome!" I am super sick and I can't even get the care I need.

  All care is the worse all they want is to continuously bill your insurance, you can't even call and get rills without setting up a appointment for a visit.
