I have had a very mixed experience with this practice. While the dentist is highly skilled and provides excellent care, the front office staff have consistently been unprofessional and difficult to work with. Their communication has often come across as rude and dismissive, which has made routine interactions unnecessarily stressful.
On multiple occasions, the front office has contacted my insurance company and misrepresented themselves as billing specialists, providing incorrect information that led to confusion and frustrating back-and-forth conversations. Although Lisa, the billing representative, has been polite and genuinely helpful, she acknowledged that errors were made in billing my account and had to make corrections. While I appreciate her honesty, these mistakes should not have occurred in the first place.
Most recently, I scheduled routine cleanings for my family, only to receive a call from the front desk stating they could not verify my insurance. I requested that the billing specialist follow up, and in the meantime, I contacted my insurance provider directly. I was informed that my coverage was active with no issues—and that the office had not even attempted to verify my benefits this calendar year. When Lisa later called, she repeated the same incorrect information initially provided by the front desk.
Overall, the lack of coordination and professionalism in the administrative side of this practice is deeply disappointing. It is unfortunate, because the quality of care from the dentist is excellent. However, due to the ongoing issues with the office staff, I am left feeling discouraged and hesitant to continue care here. I sincerely hope the practice addresses these concerns, as it would be a loss for patients to avoid such a skilled provider due to preventable administrative problems.
