  I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Grana. She made me feel comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and had wonderful bedside manner! Will be routinely returning!

  I had an appointment scheduled to have a cyst removed, and it was canceled only 30 minutes before the appointment because the doctor suddenly “didn’t feel comfortable” doing the procedure. This caused me to lose a full day of work and bring my family all the way to the office for nothing. After that, it turned into a complete mess. I repeatedly called the office and was told the manager would call me back, which never happened. I then went in person, was given a manager’s phone number that turned out to belong to a different location, and they had no idea what I was talking about. I was transferred back and forth until I finally spoke to a manager who said she didn’t know why the doctor canceled. I requested a refund for the appointment, and it was refused. I was told I would hear from the doctor the next day for an explanation, but no one ever called. It has now been over a week with no follow-up. This office completely wasted my time and my family’s time. Very poor communication, unprofessional handling, and unacceptable healthcare experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  Very positive experience. Walked into a crowded reception room and expected a long wait, but it only took a few minutes for me to see the doctor. Very efficiently run practice and I was treated with great care.

  My husband and I made appointments for this Friday, and we waited a long time for these appointments. We specifically made them for Friday because we are going on a trip on Saturday, a trip that we delayed so we could attend these appointments. Today they called us and told us that the doctor wasn’t available to see us during our scheduled times, and so we needed to reschedule them for this afternoon. However, when we called a few minutes after they called us, we were told that they had no appointments until the end of January! Very disappointed! Time to find a new doctor who cares about their patients.

  Long time customer but now going somewhere else. Had an appointments for both my wife and I that we waited a long time for. Today, two days before our appointment, they called and said the doctor wouldn't be available in the morning but they could "fit us in in the afternoon". Called right back and waited on hold for about 30 min only to be told that they had no appointments until the end of the month. Avoid at all costs!
