  The entire team at the North Frederick location has been so helpful. I've never belonged to a gym because I’ve been a runner. But I wanted to mix it up and build some core and upper body strength so visited the facility after being offered a free one week trial. Josh (manager) and Eric (fitness director) met with me to understand what I wanted to accomplish, evaluated my conditioning, and built a training plan tailored to me. Dalton has been training me for the past 5 months and I am already feeling and seeing the difference. Everyone at the front desk, membership desks, and other trainers (Darby, Randy) are very friendly and always willing to help answer questions. I was worried I would feel out of place given my lack of gym experience - but I don’t. So glad I joined!

  Terrific place in every respect. It seems very popular with everyone keen on improving their fitness. Highly professional, friendly staff, and plenty of good equipment.

  Great staff, nice equipment. Feel very comfortable working out here. They have a salt water pool and recovery room, sauna all around great gym.

  My wife and I have belonged to One Life Fitness North for a year now and can't say a negative word about the club. We are greeted each morning with a friendly face and greeting. The facilities are always clean. There is a good variety of equipment and plenty of equipment. My wife enjoys the classes and raves about the instructors.

  I've been going to Onelife for 3 years consistently and I really enjoy working out here. I tend to go around lunch time on most days and I've never had an issue finding an open piece of equipment or area to work out. I especially like the stretch area overlooking the mountains and the swim classes offered. The staff are all friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend!
